Finding a Balance Can be Hard

Elderberry, Rosehips and Hibiscus tincture is one of my absolute favorites for keeping the immune system strong and combating colds and flus. I also use this when I need an energy boost. Elderberries are high in vitamin A, vitamin C and antioxidants. Elderberries are antiviral, anti-inflammatory, enhance immune function and are good for upper respiratory infections. Rosehips are anti-inflammatory, astringent and demulcent. Rosehips are high in bioflavonoids, Vitamin C, antioxidants, phytochemicals, calcium, magnesium, potassium, beta-carotene, quercetin, lycopene and tocopherols. Hibiscus is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants, high in vitamin C, reduces fever and has a great natural flavor. Hibiscus is cooling and mildly sedative-great for feverish symptoms. Hibiscus is a mild demulcent, soothing inflamed mucous membranes within the digestive and respiratory tracts. The gentle tonic action of Hibiscus will ease colds, coughs and chest issues. Hibiscus aids in digestion, gently stimulates the appetite and reduces cholesterol levels. The tri-fecta of goodness in this tincture is nourishing to your body on many levels.
